Founded in 2015 by life, and now business, partners Kim Rookstool and Keith Johnsen, Elevens Imports was formed to import a selection of unique and authentic wine treasures discovered while on their buying trips to Europe and South America. Keith's ongoing work since 2007 with his other import company, Daqopa Brands LLC, and his 35 years of experience in wine marketing and supply made for an easy addition of the new entity.

Not superstitious people by nature, it was nonetheless impossible to ignore the importance of the master number 11 in their personal lives between birthdays and anniversaries, and the company name was created. Seeing the number 11 is often considered a sign from the universe, and is thought to be a blessing. It can be an indication to trust your instincts, and to embrace your intuitive abilities; it can also be a cue that you're being guided toward new opportunities, and that it's time to take action on your aspirations.

In five short and very busy initial years they built the business from $50,000 USD in revenues annually to just over $2 million in sales. Since 2020 they have averaged 50,000+ cases per year (over 600,000 - 750 ml bottles) from 8 countries, in full containers. No small accomplishment for a two-person enterprise!

The wines of Elevens Imports are sold in the Pacific Northwest U.S. through a network of talented independent wine distributors, and notably in the DtC (Direct-to-Consumer) channel nationally by established professional online wine merchants.
